- Purpose
- To prevent and investigate crime, keep customers and staff safe, and document damage and incidents for our insurer.
- Legal basis
- Our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) and the Danish CCTV Act.
- Recipients
- The police when a case requires it, and our insurer if needed for a specific claim. The recordings are not used for anything else.
- Retention
- Recordings are deleted no later than 30 days after they are made, unless they are needed in a specific case.
Who we share data with

- Public authorities, when the law requires it – for example the police, the Danish Gambling Authority or the Danish Tax Agency.
- Our insurer, if CCTV recordings are needed for a specific claim.
Transfers outside the EU
Wherever possible we choose suppliers that store data in the EU/EEA. If data is ever transferred to a country outside the EU/EEA, this only happens on a valid legal basis, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
